Elder Board Leadership & New Members

We are pleased to announce that the newly refreshed Elder Board has selected Mark Gilchrist as Chairman, Tim Puckett as Vice Chairman, and Aaron Martin will continue serving as Secretary. We are grateful for their leadership and commitment to shepherding our church family with wisdom and care.

As we look ahead, we also want to express our sincere appreciation to Dennis Dunham and Jeff Miller for their faithful service as elders over the past two terms. Their dedication and leadership have been a tremendous blessing to Metropolitan Bible Church, and we pray for God’s continued guidance in their lives as they take this time of rest from the board.

We also welcome David Murray, returning to the board, and Ziad Kawar, who joins as a first-time elder. Mark Gilchrist has been selected for a second term, and we are grateful for the collective wisdom and experience these men bring as they serve in this crucial biblical role. Scripture teaches that elders are called to shepherd the church, provide spiritual oversight, and lead with humility and integrity (1 Peter 5:2-3, Titus 1:5-9). Please be in prayer for them as they seek God’s wisdom in guiding our church.
