Church Leaders Conference (CLC) 2025 – May 6-7
Join other church leaders to be refreshed among God’s people, encouraged by God’s vision for His Church, and equipped to be even better leaders wherever God has placed you on mission. CLC is an experience that will leave you energized and ready to shepherd people in our local body toward full devotion to Jesus Christ. Plus, it’s a ton of fun.

Who is this conference for?
If you’re asking that question, it’s probably for you. If you lead (or want to lead) a ministry, this conference IS for you. Everyone on Watermark staff is expected to act like an owner and leader, regardless of their role. Similarly, we believe that anyone who feels a weight of responsibility in their local church or ministry is a leader and should be seen, strengthened, and celebrated.
“Church leaders” don’t just serve in traditional ministry roles like pastor, elder, or worship leader. The faithful servants in Family Groups, D-Groups, Awana, church operations, production, communications, and administration are doing critical Kingdom work. That’s why the key principles shared at CLC are intentionally relevant to all church staff positions.
And because the church is not one-size-fits-all, this conference isn’t either. God works in both large and small congregations in unique ways, and the goal is to be relevant and helpful regardless of weekly attendance.
Are there any big-name speakers at this conference?
No celebrities here. Watermark wants to give attendees an inside look at how their church operates by giving them access to the people who actually run things. You might be familiar with some of the names you hear, but that’s not why they were chosen.

What is Watermark Community Church?
Watermark is a local expression of the Body of Christ that meets in Dallas, Texas. But “church” is not a building – it’s a people. Every weekend, we encourage the thousands of people who worship with us to go and be the church in their homes and communities.
What began as a core of eight families in 1999 has grown into thousands gathering at our weekend services and midweek ministries. Many of these ministries are volunteer-led, including: The Porch (young adults), Re|engage (marriage enrichment), Re:generation (recovery), and Re:gen for Students (student recovery).
